About weight loss
Our weight loss service starts with a confidential consultation to review your weight, health and any medicines you take. Together we agree a plan that suits you.
Where clinically appropriate, your plan may include prescription weight loss medication, alongside practical advice on eating, activity and building habits that last, with regular check-ins to track your progress.
Who it is for
- Adults who want structured, medically supervised support to lose weight
- Usually people with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight related health condition
- Eligibility is always confirmed by a pharmacist
How it works
- Book online and complete the health pre-screen
- Attend a consultation, including a weight and height check
- Start your plan with ongoing reviews and support
Good to know
- Weight loss medication is not suitable for everyone, including during pregnancy or breastfeeding and with some medical conditions.
- We may ask for your consent to share information with your GP.
- Your plan is reviewed regularly to make sure it remains safe and effective.
